Kane Strang wrote this song...it has always made me happy...I remember hearing it for the first time whilst driving home from work...it was one of those Summer evenings...window was down...sun setting...very romantic...and the simple melody and lowfi delivery caught my attention...I decided to cover this...so I emailed Kane first...he said sure...I recorded it on the day my Dad died...and it has now changed its meaning to me...it reminds me of those memories I had of Dad...mainly childhood memories...I sat recording this all night...it helped.
